I had a great experience going here and. Wing seen by Dr. Drew, she’s very kind and great at what she does. The staff is also very kind and professional. The only con I’d say is the wait was a bit too much lol…that’s the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars

If my experience can help anyone save time and money, please read this. My daughter was treated by Dr. Olivia Drew; she put on a friendly (but deceptive) face while performing a molar implant that insurance had approved. In my opinion, she lacks experience with implants. After a long wait—with excuses about the gap closing, lab delays, and so on—the temporary molar finally arrived but broke within a week. We went back, and she said she would order a permanent zirconia one and cover the cost herself. We waited and waited, only for her to tell us later that insurance wouldn't pay for it. I reminded her that she had promised to cover it, but she just put on an innocent, "sweet" act and said, "Oh, sorry, my bosses didn't approve it." When I asked the cost, she said the remaining implant work and the crown would be $2,000. I just stared at her 😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬, walked out, and called the insurance company. They referred me to another dentist at 204th and Broadway—someone professional, serious, and responsible—qualities Dr. Olivia Drew completely lacks. That was my bad experience; in my view, she is just another run-of-the-mill dentist who cares more about $$$$ than her credibility or the patient'

I had the BEST experience today. Short wait time, everyone was nice. The Dr. was amazing. My teeth suffered during my pregnancies and she was kind and understanding. Will be definitely be back!

Although I previously have not had a bad experience here, after my appointment today I will not be going back to this place. I will say the front desk and assistants are nice and friendly. This was my first time being seen by Serouya and because of my experience with him I will not go back. He spoke to me in a condensing manner, spoke very negatively and gave me no proper solutions outside of paying out of pocket although I have insurance. Also the experience itself was extremely rushed and as a patient this is not the way to be treated. I left extremely upset and would not recommend this place because of him.

I am a postmenopausal woman and came in with serious dental issues. Most of my teeth were broken, and I experienced pain almost every time I ate. I also have a lot of anxiety around doctors, which made dental visits very stressful. Before finding Dr.Drew, many dentists overcharged and refused to work with my insurance. Dr. Drew completely changed that experience for me. She has excellent hands, a calm and gentle approach, and a reassuring presence that immediately put me at ease. Her patience, professionalism, and use of modern treatments made a huge difference. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to get most of my treatments approved through my insurance. Her team is equally outstanding—the welcome lady and clinical staff are kind, respectful, and well organized. Everyone made me feel supported and cared for. Thanks to Dr.Drew and her excellent team, I now feel comfortable, respected, and confident about my dental health. I highly recommend her. 🫶 I hope I spelled her last name correctly.
